The duties and of the Assistant Manager position are designed to assist the General Manager to ensure exceptional guest service and team member satisfaction. These duties include but are not limited to the following:

Assist the Retreat Director in managing all aspects of daily operations:

• Maintaining and increasing our member base
• Assist with recruitment, hiring, training, developing and retaining top talent
• Plan and implement Front Desk Sales Associate training; in-the-moment coaching, role playing, and training
• Stay updated on all services, products and promotions, be diligent in setting the example for your team
• Work with the Retreat Director to set individual team member and overall Retreat goals; create plans and convert plans into action to meet and exceed goals
• Lead by example, demonstrating the ability to achieve personal as well as team goals

A strong candidate will possess the following:

• At least 1-year face to face sales or retail management experience
• Strong leadership, organization, communication and interpersonal skills
• At least 1-year experience in training, coaching, and conflict resolution
• Demonstrate working knowledge of computers and standard software
• Basic business math skills
• Must be able to work varied hours to include weekends, evenings, holidays, etc

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
