We are searching for an energetic, passionate, customer oriented, strong leader to become a member of our management team here at our Madison, WI location. At Crumbl we strive to deliver the best cookies and customer service to our guests day in and day out. Our mission at Crumbl Cookies is simply to bring together families and friends over a box of the best cookies in the world!

Must be 18 years of age or older

Have reliable daily transportation

Various shift options (Flexible Scheduling)

Be able to multi-task and deliver stellar customer service

Able to stand for 8 hours

Able to lift 50+lbs

Have a positive, upbeat attitude, and be willing to learn

Able to teach and guide the Crumbl Crew to do the following:

Read through and follow recipes

Measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, blenders, and other equipment to make cookies

Decorating and displaying finished product

Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls

Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payment, and providing exceptional customer service

Keeping records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levels

Taking client information and ensuring that deliveries are fulfilled accurately and on time

Cleaning and restocking workstation and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift

Leading of crew members in executing daily plans and identifying ways to improve operational efficiencies.

Reporting to the General Manager on daily operations and ensuring customer service and product quality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
