Cold Stone Creamery is hiring Assistant General Managers for its Lakewood location!!

We are looking for a seasoned assistant manager with a proven track record of successfully running a food establishment and managing a team of at least 4 to 7 employees.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional people skills, a quick learner, ability to follow systems and processes, and an excellent customer-centric focus.

Job Responsibilities

· Offering top-notch customer service in a fun and fast-paced Quick Serve Restaurant (QSR) environment
· Managing and training employees
· Executing daily cash control procedures
· Make fresh Ice cream, cakes, cupcakes, cookie sandwiches, waffles etc
· Ordering/receiving product and supplies
· Maintaining adequate levels of prepared product
· Maintaining a safe, secure, clean, and organized store
