Looking for an Experienced Assistant Director of Nursing in long term care to join our team. Must be an RN and willing to work along side of the Director of Nursing to ensure the daily operations in the nursing department are up to standards. We pride ourself in excellect quality care delivered with compasssion for our geriatric clients. This position does require you to be on-call 24/7, along side of the DON for support and reference for our staff.This position also has an on-call staffing (floor nursing) rotation of one weekend monthly in the event of a call off.
