Assistant Teachers are responsible for maintaining a safe, healthy, orderly, respectful, and nurturing learning environment that follows the child. If you are an enthusiastic, outgoing, dedicated, and nurturing individual who is passionate about educating children ages infant through pre-kindergarten, and if you enjoy partnering with faculty and parents to develop children into well-socialized, confident, and joyful learners - then you are the type of candidate we seek.

A high school diploma and experience working with young children are required. If you are attending a college-level program, or if you are pursuing a CDA credential, we may be able to provide a work schedule that complements your course schedule.

As a full-time employee with The Goddard School you will receive competitive hourly base pay plus overtime when working more than 40 hours each week, paid holidays, paid time off and life and long-term disability insurance. You will also have an opportunity to take advantage of our other benefits including matching 401K retirement contributions and voluntary insurances such as medical, dental, vision, life and short-term disability

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
