Please Note - This is an overnight position.

SUMMARY : Responsible for the proper receiving and tagging for stock activities, insuring the
proper quantity and quality of product is received.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The individual must have the ability to
perform the responsibilities listed below. The list is not all inclusive of duties that may be
requested by the department head or a member of upper management but are intended for an
understanding of the purpose of the position. It is the responsibility of each individual at AWG to
provide ultimate customer service to our members to support their efforts in increasing same store
sales and profits.

1. Verify driver's purchase order with the receiving schedule for schedule appointment.
2. Compare bill of lading versus receiving document.
3. Check completed paperwork for variances.
4. Check product for contamination and or infestation.
5. Stamp the bill of lading and note shortages.
6. Give copy of paperwork to driver and file remaining paperwork.
7. Tag the pallet of product with proper pallet tag.
8. Communicate with supervisor any issues and concerns relating to position.
9. Keep area clean.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must
be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma preferred;
prior warehouse experience plus warehouse mobile equipment operating experience preferred.
Basic required competencies: Conscientiousness, detail oriented, safety minded, self motivated to
achieve, high initiative, ability to work with limited supervision, team oriented, learning and
applying information, ability to follow instructions in English (both written and verbal).

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and speak fluent English. Ability to read and interpret
documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, procedure manuals. Ability to write
routine reports and correspondence relating to position.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to calculate figures and apply concepts of basic math and
algebra.

REASONING ABILITY: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete
variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of
instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Posses the ability to work with
coworkers and gain mutual respect with a common goal of increasing sales and profitability.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to
finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The
employee frequently is required to stand; walk; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; and smell. The
employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required
by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception,
and the ability to adjust focus. Must have the ability to operate safely warehouse mobile
equipment.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: The work environment characteristics described here are
representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this

Indoors, with adequate cooling, heating, and adequate lighting. Outdoors as needed. Working in
warehouse environment with moderate noise due to industrial mobile equipment operation and
varied temperatures based on assigned work area. Temperatures will vary based on outside
temperatures for the non-air-conditioned section and cool temperatures ranging from -15 to the
upper 40's for the perishable sections.

This position's basic purpose is to use all available resources to assist the Distribution
Department in continuous growth and financial success of the Membership and Company.
