The primary purpose of an Asset Protection Investigator @ Uncle Giuseppe’s Marketplace is to be responsible for executing key initiatives relating to theft, operational accountability, shrink and safety for specific Uncle Giuseppe’s locations. The Asset Protection Investigator must be proactive with all loss prevention and safety concerns of all associates and managers in their set locations. This position reports directly to the Risk - Asset Protection Manager.

**Travel required between our New Jersey & Yorktown Heights stores.**

· 3+ Years of Previous Loss Prevention/Asset Protection experience is required in a retail setting; any Loss Prevention experience in a Supermarket environment is

· Must have experience with CCTV operation

· Must have proven ability to properly delegate tasks

· Must be able to manage and resolve conflict

Must be experienced in undercover floor skills and be able to write comprehensive reports detailing external /internal theft incidents

Must understand that all schedules are subject to change to meet the needs of the business and special events

Must understand the importance of liability and safety during all apprehensions
