Job Description Summary

Performs a wide range of duties to safely and efficiently produce StormWater products of the highest quality standards.

Essential Duties

• 
  Accurately read and interpret drawings and blueprints in order to pull correct items from inventory to assemble product correctly
• Assembly of stainless steel components per drawing using both manual and power tools
• Frequent cutting of plastic pipe to specific lengths using a power saw
• Manually mixes blends of material in order to fill assembled cartridges
• Review product for quality requirements and specifications
• use of carpentry skills including power saw and nail gun to build wood crates to ship product safely and without being damaged
• Facility maintenance and housekeeping
• Product and truck loading/unloading
• Regular work hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm

Education/Experience

• 
  Minimum High school diploma or equivalent
• Related industry experience, preferred
• Some construction experience preferred
• Forklift experience preferred

Knowledge/Skills/Ability

• 
  Ability and willingness to learn and be trained
• Capable of passing required physical examination
• Able to speak and comprehend basic English
• Working safely
• Good attendance and positive attitude
• Knowledge and skills to use basic tools
• Team oriented
• Knowledge of basic measurements and how to read a tape measure
• Understands and can apply basic mathematical skills (adding, subtracting, multiplication, and division)

• Ability to lift up to 40lbs

Compensation

• 
  The hourly pay rate is $17-$19/hr.
