Job Title: Assembler
Action Group Staffing is currently seeking Assemblers to fill openings in the Duncanville area. (South Dallas)
Requirements:
The Assembler is responsible for combining components with accuracy provided per the job drawing in a timely manner.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned.
- Calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interests, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
- Identify and resolve problems in a timely matter
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Visio, and Microsoft Project
- Balance team and individual responsibilities
- Pass a background check and drug test
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Shift: Monday – Friday 6:00am-2:30pm, Occasional Overtime When Needed
Responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to carry out the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned.
- Check work orders and drawings to determine scope to be performed
- Proper assembly of equipment per supplied drawings
- Completion of required paperwork
- Prober use and maintenance of hand tools and power tools used to assemble equipment
- Keep a neat and organized work area
- Maintain a safe work environment and contribute to the overall safety of the company
