Stratedigm is seeking a bright, enthusiastic and independent Assay Development Research Associate. This is a full-time position with some work schedule flexibility.
Roles and responsibilities
The successful candidate for this position needs to be comfortable working in a fast paced and demanding environment. The main responsibilities for this position include designing automated flow cytometry-based diagnostics assays for Oncology, UTI, Allergy and detection of viral pathogens in clinical samples. The successful candidate must have a proven track record in experiment design, data analysis, documentation, analytical thinking, troubleshooting, basic research, technical writing and supplier management.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
1. BS in Chemistry, biology or physics with a 3.5 or higher GPA
2. Relevant hands-on experience at an academic or commercial lab
3. Detail oriented with great organizational skills
4. Exceptional communication skills, written and oral
5. Quick learner with ability tackle challenging, new and unfamiliar assignments
6. Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
7. Willing to travel domestically and internationally

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
