We are currently searching for a Janitorial Operations Manager to oversee 3 Janitorial Managers who are overseeing the custodial services in school settings. This manager will ensure a strong client relationship is formed, and that our services exceed expectations while staying within budget. Must be a down to earth leader, willing to get your hands dirty while also leading and developing the people under them.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Three (3)+ years managerial experience of a large, multicultural work force within a custodial/maintenance operation, managing other managers.
• Experience in budget development/management and product analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and direct a district-wide custodial service program.
• Establish and implement entry level and on-going training programs for custodial services employees.
• Act as a consultant at worksites to address scheduling, cleaning problems, personnel issues, etc alongside managers under you.
• Develop and maintain a district-wide standard for supplies, equipment and job expectations.
• Evaluate and recommend, with custodial employees' input, appropriate chemicals, supplies, equipment, etc. to maximize custodial services.
• Establish pilot sites to test systems and equipment.
• Establish consistent custodial schedules.
• Develop, maintain, and update a Custodial Services operations program
• Supervise zone managers who supervise the site-based custodial operations.
