Heritage Homes of Nebraska, winner of the 2019 Green Home of the Year Award is seeking a REVIT designer to create and model 3D residential buildings for our clients of builders, families, and real estate developers all across the Midwest. Designer will work closely with a team of sales specialists and engineers to develop plans for single family homes and large multifamily complexes. Applicant would need to have excellent attention to detail, computer, and communication skills. If you have hands-on experience with REVIT, we’d like to meet you! Construction experience a plus, but not required. Currently, we serve clients across nine states including Nebraska, Colorado, Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota, South Dakota, Kansas, Minnesota, and Iowa. Over 60% of our work is designed for Mountainous areas.

Responsibilities

• Work with sales department and engineers to ensure final drawing meets structural requirements and designs
• Create detailed designs with computer modeling software
• Prepare and review rough sketches with the engineering team
• Identify potential operational issues and communicate with lead engineer to improve functionality
• Ensure final designs comply with quality standards

Skills

• Architecture or Drafting experience or education
• Hands-on experience with computer modeling Revit software
• Familiarity with 3D modeling tools
• Great attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines
