Job Title: Architect

Location: Salinas, CA

Annual salary: up to $115K

Must be local to Salinas, CA

Our client is Seeking a highly motivated Architect with California Healthcare (Hospital) experience in the planning, design, production, and construction administration phases.

Full-time position in a dynamic challenging environment focused on excellence, continual learning, and professional development.

Possibility for Firm leadership role.

Duties:

· Include design, planning, code compliance with agencies having jurisdiction, and construction documentation.

· Qualifications and experience:

· California licensed architect.

· Degree in architecture.

· Minimum experience of seven to ten (7-10) years in architect's offices.

· Experience with healthcare and public schools in California.

· AutoCAD, Revit, & SketchUp.

Projects include schools, hospitals, government buildings, workforce development, theaters, stadium, commercial projects-office/retail/restaurant, apartments, and non-profits.

Current projects include:

hospital master plan, 15 plus hospital renovation projects in clinical settings (HCAI/OSHPD), a master plan 3 firehouse renovations, 3 story office building remodel for Monterey Bay Aquarium, a new high school stadium and band building, and a food service building.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year

• Salinas, CA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Revit: 4 years (Required)
