Position: Arcade Technician

About the Role:
Skyline Social and Games, an established leader and rapidly growing entertainment business in the Duluth area, is seeking to add a skillful professional to its expanding team. This team member will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing various arcade attractions within our facility including, but not limited to: video games, skill games, redemption games, card swipes, attractions, POS stations, audio, and video surveillance systems. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, but is still able to receive guidance from others, along with being comfortable reaching out to other support personnel.
Responsibilities:
- Inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing electronic equipment.
- Replace broken or missing parts, and ensure all games are running smoothly.
- Order necessary parts to keep games up and running.
- Conduct preventative maintenance.
- Work with our team of technicians to solve problems and outstanding tasks.
- Have a flexible schedule to take care of repairs in a timely manner.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Excel in troubleshooting electronic and mechanical assemblies.
- Understand the safe and proper use of power/hand tools, DMM, soldering equipment.
- Able to read and understand wiring diagrams.
- Proficient in the use of computers and associated hardware.
- Promptly perform required preventive maintenance of games, rides and equipment.
- Experience in component level circuit board repair and troubleshooting preferred.
- Must be well-organized and able to multi-task
- Maintain a safe work environment
- Perform required safety inspections
Education and Experience:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $16-21/hour based on experience

Essential Job Functions and Work Environment:
- Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds during scheduled shift.
- Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift.
- In addition to the essential job responsibilities stated above, the ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others, including guests and Team members, are essential functions of the job.
- The work environment includes flashing and flickering lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noise.
