Our client is a well-respected tech company who recently went public. We are looking for a hybrid AR Specialist who is open to a temp to hire role. This role is an integral piece within the AR department; the ideal candidate will be able to manage and maintain customer accounts and ensure billing is accurate. Job Duties

· Maintain bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets, updating information as needed

· Communicate with clients and customers regarding invoices discrepancies

· Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable

· Drafts correspondence for standard past-due accounts and collections, identifies delinquent accounts by reviewing files, and contacts delinquent accountholders to request payment.

· Creates reports regarding the current status of customer accounts as requested.

· Assist in accounts receivable accounts

Job Requirements

· 2-3 years of accounts receivables

· Ability to use NetSuite is preferred

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
