Aquatics Program Specialist (Fox West YMCA)
Job description
The Fox West YMCA is seeking an energetic leader to assist with the leadership of the Aquatics Program!
The Aquatics Specialist will assist with administering and supervising the aquatics swim programs, and services of the YMCA of the Fox Cities at the Fox West YMCA. Aquatics programs are conducted for preschoolers, youth, and adults. They will also serve as a Lifeguard and Swim Instructor for the programs, and be the go-to lead for all Lifeguards and Swim Instructors. Opportunity to become a CPR or Lifeguard Certifying Instructor is available.
This position could be a part or full-time position depending on the candidate.
- Must be currently certified in Lifeguard, CPR for the Professional Rescuer, First Aid, YMCA Progressive and/or Preschool Instructor, and/or WSI.
- Lifeguard Instructor Trainer certification and CPR for the Professional Rescuer Instructor is preferred.
- Must have experience in teaching all ages and levels of YMCA aquatic programs.
