Do you have a knack for connecting with people and generating leads? Our growing HVAC company is looking for an Appointment Generation Specialist to help us expand our business by setting appointments with retail customers for maintenance, repairs, and replacements of HVAC systems.
As an Appointment Generation Specialist, you'll be the face of our company, representing us at Local Home Depot locations and engaging with potential customers. With our comprehensive training program, you'll gain the skills and knowledge needed to succeed - no HVAC experience required!
We're looking for enthusiastic, confident, and dynamic individuals who are comfortable speaking with others. In addition to a base pay of $16.00/hr, we offer bonus pay for every successful appointment you set with a customer.

Requirements:

What We're Looking For:*

  • Hard-working, reliable, and self motivated
  • Proven history of work ethic with goals for advancement
  • Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service
  • Weekend availability is a must
  • Reliable transportation
  • High school diploma or GED

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No nights
  • Weekend availability
