McGovern Automotive Group (MAG) is looking for a Service Appointment Coordinator to join our growing team!

In this role you will be directly responsible for monitoring and following up with potential customer inquiries. Outstanding customer service, multi- tasking skills, and follow- through are a must for succeeding in this role!

Responsibilities -

• Handle incoming service phone calls and contact customers
• Effectively communicate with internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication- whether in person or via phone or email
• Manage Internet leads & respond to inquiries in a timely fashion
• Furnish information to customers about their request
• Maintain an ongoing customer database to build rapport
• Schedule appointments with interested buyers

Qualifications -

• Excellent customer service skills
• Effective time management
• Able to multi-task when needed
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check with screening
• Driver’s license
