BTS Software Solutions is seeking an Applied Research Mathematician IV to perform data and computer science analysis in support of customer operations.

Clearance: TS/SCI w/ Poly

Location: Annapolis Junction, MD

Skills and Experience You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree and 11yrs relevant experience | Master's Degree and 9yrs relevant experience | Ph.D. and 7yrs relevant experience
• Degree must be in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science
• Experience analyzing large data sets using complex mathematical equations and algorithms
• Must be able to create applied mathematical algorithms for various applications to support mission requirements
• Be able to build mathematical models and theories to predict outcomes
• An acute eye for identification of patterns within mathematical data
• Experience testing mathematical theories and concepts to verify quality and accuracy
• Solving mathematical formulas that involve linear regressions, probability, and statistical information
• Must have excellent communication skills to express complex ideas in easy-to-understand language
• A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques.
