Essential Responsibilities:

• In-home repair Samsung Appliances products
• Meet productivity and efficiency goals as established
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through the deliverance of high-quality service
• Diligent use of proper safety procedures and constant awareness for personal safety and safety of others
• Prompt and regular attendance
• Familiar with smartphone
• Physical demands of the position include:
• Sitting and driving for extended periods of time in an auto vehicle
• Continuously reaching or below shoulder level
• Frequently bending, stooping, twisting, kneeling, crawling, sitting, standing, flexing/extending neck, grasping, squeezing, and fine motor/manipulations skills
• Occasionally crouching, squatting, climbing/balancing, walking, and reaching above shoulder level
• Frequent use of powered hand tools and occasional use of vibratory tools/equipment
• Handling and lifting of parts or materials - minimum of 50 lbs lifting/carrying and 50 lb pushing/pulling is required

Qualifications Education

Required

High School Diploma or Equivalent or better.

Experience

Required

Resume

Valid driver's license

Excellent communication skills

Self-directed

Able to work reasonable overtime

Ability to use a wide range of hand tools, power tools, and vibratory tools

Successful completion of a background investigation, physical, and drug screen

Preferred

Appliance repair or related experience

Minimum of 1 years of appliance repair experience or related expertise

Samsung Repaired Certifications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,025.90 - $78,914.35 per year

Schedule:

• No nights
• No weekends

• Mount Juliet, TN 37122: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
