ION Solar is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Manager to join our team. The Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire accounts payable and accounts receivable functions of the company. The successful candidate will ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded and that payments are made and received on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable teams to ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and processed in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Review and approve all invoices and payment requests, ensuring they are properly coded, authorized, and processed in a timely manner.
• Monitor and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable ledgers to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely payment and collection of invoices.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions and communicate financial information to management as needed.
• Prepare regular reports on accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, including aging reports, cash flow projections, and other ad hoc reports as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
• Make and updated SOP’s
• Train team on task and understand all aspects of work

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable management.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Experience working in the solar industry is a plus.
• Understanding of accounting software - Quickbooks prefepreferred
• Understanding of CRM software - Salesforce preferred
