Job Description
Cherokee Preting is seeking exceptionally qualified individuals to serve as Analytic Facilitators at the mid-level in support of the U.S. Army Operations Group (AOG) at Ft. Meade, MD. The Analytic Facilitator shall prepare comprehensive analysis and recommendations for AOG to develop and execute an internal HUMINT training program, including instructor facilitated training sessions.
Job Responsibilities

  • Provide analytical support to the training program, including but not limited to, development of training needs survey, management of AOG mandatory training database and tracking HUMINT certifications, development of annual training guidance, assess the unit Mission Essential Task (MET) and MI Training Strategy (MITS), compilation of Individual Development Plans (IDP) for all AOG civilian or military employees to build an annual training budget, notification of training opportunities to the AOG workforce, and develop and conduct unit training schedule to build a long-range training calendar.
  • Document a training needs assessment based on analysis that incorporates knowledge and discoveries from previous HUMINT operational activities, lessons learned, and after-action reports to ensure that training programs are relevant and supports HUMINT doctrine.
  • Coordinate unit training requirements with external members of the IC and to leverage synergies from their experiences to enable the HUMINT Enterprise.

Required Qualifications

  • Five (5) years’ experience within the IC must include knowledge of and experience with intelligence operations and its various disciplines, functions, processes, and documentation.
  • Detailed knowledge of Army structure and defense level intelligence operations: intelligence collection, fusion, analysis, production, and dissemination for intelligence databases and products.
  • Knowledge of intelligence oversight and security guidelines – two (2) years coordinate training requirements for IC units and agencies.
  • Knowledge of HTJCOE schools
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills for preparing, presenting, and communicating complex topics using available multimedia software and applications.
  • Experience with HUMINT operations.
  • Experience with conducting research, create, develop, and delivery of professional briefings, multimedia presentations, and written reports.
  • Experience in producing reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts to senior policy makers.
  • Experience with assessments, enterprise data integration, governance, and metrics, including the application of metadata management techniques and data modeling and design.
  • Experience with the application of quantitative and qualitative analytic methods, including the design, development, and management of statistical models and enterprise-wide surveys.
  • Active TS/SCI - must be willing and able to obtain CI Polygraph
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or listen.
  • The employee is frequently required to walk; use hand to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms.
  • The employee is occasionally required to stand and may occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
  • The employee must successfully complete all medical examinations required by the client, including for any temporary duty or full-time deployment as required.

Desired Qualifications

  • Detailed knowledge in applying state-of-the-art intelligence analysis tools
  • Experience in developing training curriculum
  • At least eight (8) years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the responsibilities and requirements of the Analytic Facilitator position with at least a portion of the experience within the last two (2) years.
  • Bachelor's degree in an area related to the responsibilities and requirements of the Analytic Facilitator position from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
