PepsiCo recently announced plans to enter a business relationship with Boston Beer, where Boston Beer will develop and manufacture a new flavored malt beverage HARD MTN DEW. As part of the business arrangement PepsiCo has set up a new entity, Blue Cloud Distribution, Inc. (BCD) for wholesale operations of the product including selling, delivering, and merchandising the product. We are looking for talented and passionate team members to join the BCD team that will bring this exciting new product to market.

As part of the business arrangement PepsiCo has set up a new entity, Blue Cloud Distribution, Inc. (BCD) for wholesale operations of the product including selling, delivering, and merchandising the product. We are looking for talented and passionate team members to join the BCD team that will bring this exciting new product to market.
As part of the GTM & Sales Field Leadership Team supporting this business collaboration you will support the sales and distribution of HARD MTN DEW and other alcohol products within your specific field territory include ownership of the field sales and operations to ensure market penetration of this exciting new product.
Responsibilities:
- Maximize volume and revenue in a defined geography in a direct store delivery go-to-market environment
- Assist in building and creating an environment and culture within the newly formed entity to ensure smooth start-up operations
- Coach and lead a team of sales professionals and frontline employees on selling, display execution and merchandising standards
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with customers and drive customer satisfaction through superior service and execution
- Activate local and national marketplace initiatives to build brand development and maximize brand performance
- Effectively lead overall warehouse operations through consistent product availability, warehouse productivity, inventory, asset preservation and cost reduction efforts
- Ensure the team delivers volume and revenue results while managing costs
- Ensure all employees are experts in alcohol regulations for the state you operate in
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- Consumer packaged goods experience in a direct store delivery environment
- A minimum of 5 years of people leadership in a direct store delivery environment
- Malt Beverage, Spirits/Wine industry preferred
- Demonstrated computer proficiency: Microsoft suite
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Must be willing and able to lift 40 lbs. periodically
