Commodity Forwarders is looking for a full time Air Export Logistics to fill a position within our Operations department. This is a non-exempt position with an hourly rate between $18 - $22/hr. depending on experience. This is an excellent opportunity to join our Los Angeles Branch.

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Schedule: Monday – Friday between 8:30am -5:00pm (After 3 months of training will include rotational weekends)

Your Role:

• Processing international export documents
• Booking air space with airlines
• Communicating status of booking with customers
• Pro-actively track and trace freight movement and keep our customers updated.
• Be responsive to other department and stations requests
• Work directly with warehouse and drivers to ensure our customers’ needs are meet

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Eligible to work in the US and pass TSA background check
• 1 + years logistics experience is a plus
• Logistics experience preferred
• Export Airfreight background is a plus
