Summary:

As an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) you will be responsible for conducting initial patient evaluations and assessments, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, developing and implementing treatment plans, providing counseling and education to patients, monitoring patient progress, collaborating with other healthcare providers, participating in quality improvement initiatives and research projects, maintaining accurate medical records, and staying current with advances in fertility treatment options. Must be available to work Monday through Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting initial patient evaluations and assessments to determine appropriate diagnostic testing, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
  • Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, including ultrasound, laboratory testing, and genetic screening.
  • Developing and implementing treatment plans for infertility and reproductive endocrine disorders, including ovulation induction, intrauterine insemination (IUI), and in vitro fertilization (IVF).
  • Providing counseling and education to patients regarding fertility treatment options, procedures, and risks.
  • Monitoring patients' progress throughout the treatment cycle and making necessary adjustments to the treatment plan.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare providers, including physicians, nurses, and embryologists, to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives and research projects related to fertility and reproductive endocrinology.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Adhering to ethical and professional standards of practice, including maintaining patient confidentiality and respecting patient autonomy.
  • Staying current with advances in fertility treatment options and reproductive endocrinology through continuing education and professional development activities.
