Job Title: Outpatient Adult Therapist/Counselor
Location: Lee County Clinic (Opelika, AL)
Schedule : Monday-Friday-Dayshift hours
Classification: Exempt
Starting pay: $35,568 per year minimum and $52,000/year maximum-relevant experience is considered
Status: Full time
Educational Requirement: Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Community Agency Counseling, Mental Health Counseling (with clinical internship or six months clinical post graduate experience)
Experience Preferred: experience providing clinical services to adults with serious mental illness
- Conducts intakes
- Conducts individual and /or group therapy sessions
- Collaborates with other agencies and referral sources
- Provides clinical services to adults with serious mental illness
- Provides mental health assessments, counseling, referrals and intervention services
- Completes and maintains documentation in a timely & accurate manner according to Federal, State, DMM and Center guidelines
- Maintain and/or exceed monthly productivity standard required for the position.
