  2 years experience in rehabilitation or other post-acute environment
• Associates Degree in Nursing (ASN), or Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy, or Bachelors Degree in Occupational Therapy, or Masters Degree in Speech Therapy with Certificate of Clinical Competence
• Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN), preferred
• Masters/Doctora Current Colorado RN license/ Current RN license from a participating state in National Licensure Compact OR Current Colorado state licensure in Physical Therapy, or Current Colorado state licensure in Occupational Therapy or Certificate in Competence from the American-Speech-Language-Hearing Association te Degree in Physical Therapy, preferred. Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy, preferred
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association
• Certified in Rehabilitation (CRRN), preferred
