Parish Administrator
Part-time (Bilingual) Parish Administrator St. Paul’s-San Pablo. The bilingual Parish Administrator (English/Spanish) serves as church staff with a commitment to the church’s mission. This position coordinates, oversees, and performs a variety of duties requiring independent initiative. One of the main responsibilities of the PA is to support the rector. S/he/they will be asked to be a team player with other staff and facilitate the volunteers’ daily operations of the church. Provides administrative assistance to the board as per request from the Chair and Rector, committees, and other groups. Must be familiar with Microsoft Office & knowledge of business equipment. Knowledge or demonstrate ability to learn church's database/software. Comfortable with social media. Friendly, positive, energetic & kind. Hours are 25 per week, salary commensurate with experience.
