Administrative Services Coordinator

The role of the Administrative Services Coordinator is to provide general administrative support to the organization through:
  • Office Services: (e.g. data entry, filing, documentation, record keeping, records reconciliation, researching, purchasing and maintaining office supplies, printing, assembling, mailing). Must be proficient with Microsoft programs (e.g. MS Word, MS Excel).
  • Financial Services: Using QuickBooks, enter vendor bills, enter customer payments, prepare bank deposits, maintain vendor and customer files and account records, assist with monthly statements. Must have a working knowledge of basic QuickBooks operations.
  • Customer Service: answering the phone, assisting customers (walk-up, telephone, email)
  • Facilities Service: general office cleaning, maintaining inventory on-hand and ordering as necessary consumables such as gravel, sand, fuel, steps, step inserts, etc.
  • Other administrative tasks and projects as assigned.
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM. $18/hr. + OT. Paid medical insurance, life insurance, and long-term disability insurance. Paid holidays and paid vacation.
