Our client is a nonprofit looking for an upbeat, eager-to-learn, Administrative Client Service Specialist to add to their Refugee Team. Are you passionate about assisting clients while helping make a difference in the community? If so, we’d love to chat with you about this exciting opportunity!
Accountabilities
- Interaction with clients and providers via phone and email
- Schedule appointments and contract clients to remind them of appointments
- Process applications, determine eligibility and explain client rights
- Document all contact with clients, referrals, and follow-ups are recorded in the system
- Update Case Managers as needed
- Provide administrative support to the refugee team wherever needed
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of team
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Excellent typing and data entry skills
- Knowledge of CRM systems a plus
- Ability to learn new systems and adapt to changes in the workplace
- Proven excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment from diagnosis of the issue to solution
- Ability to empathize with the customer and become their advisor
