Blessed Sacrament Catholic School is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to begin now. The candidate must have working knowledge of Word, Excel, and preferably FACTS SIS. This person is responsible for answering the phones, tending to the students during the day, assisting parents in person and on the phone, maintaining office needs, creating flyers, managing money and events for the school. The candidate assists with admissions and weekly communication sent to the parents. The candidate should be passionate about the mission of Catholic education, positive, and be a team-player.

This position requires a Level II background check and mandated safe environment training, blood borne pathogens, and ethics training.
