Our company's growing and we need an Administrative Assistant/Dispatcher to join our team immediately. The successful candidate will act as our first point of contact and will be responsible for answering phones, taking messages, scheduling appointments and dispatching technicians. This is not a sales position. The right candidate must demonstrate outstanding organizational skills and a capacity for handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a quiet office setting.
