Administrative Assistant
Classification: Part-time, Non-Exempt
Compensation: $16 Per hour, Rent discount if living on-site
Schedule: Flexible Schedule, 15-20 hours per week

Position Summary: The Administrative Assistant facilitates the efficient operation of our front desk and accounting department by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks. The administrative assistant will help provide world-class customer service to clients and visitors.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Serve Redstone visitors with a smile, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notify company personnel of visitor(s) arrival
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally and handle accordingly.
- Assist with new hire desk set up
- Deliver high-quality customer service, dedication to our guests, and work on assignments as needed.
- Order and maintain office supplies throughout the building
- Regular building walk-throughs to check for cleanliness
- Monthly birthday cards
- Complete expense reports using Divvy
- Maintain company lists
- Pick up supplies, lunch orders, etc.
- Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Assist office personnel with ad hoc administrative tasks
- Other duties as assigned
Experience and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous administrative or receptionist experience preferred but not required
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite products
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Must have reliable transportation
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Helpful, can-do attitude
