Real Estate Development company seeks experienced assistant to help manage daily activities.
Duties include:
- Sales & marketing
- create flyers, emails, letters and some cold calling for properties and services we provide
- Assist with identifying new land acquisition opportunities that align with the land strategy and business plan goals of the region
- Contact landowners or brokers in specific target areas directly (in person, by phone, letters of interest, and other means)
- Database management in Excel
- Email management
- Calendar management
- Help with workflow
- Permitting
Qualified applicants will be experienced in:
- Word
- Excel
- Canva
- Youtube
- Social media
- Project management
We're keen on finding someone who is computer-savvy. There is a lot that can be done in this role, so the more experience you have will help us make a decision.
