We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide administrative support to our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and providing general office support. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Microsoft Office and Quickbooks necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct phone calls.
• Maintain filing systems.
• Schedule appointments and meetings.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Greet visitors and provide general administrative support.
• Organize and coordinate office operations and procedures.
• Maintain office supplies inventory.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
