T&R Painting and Drywall has been in business for over 30 years, with divisions in Los Angeles, Las Vegas and Austin. In 2017, we opened up our Dallas division. Our company has grown immensely and we are so excited to announce the opening of our very first office space in North Dallas/Farmers Branch area in May.

I am looking for a full-time administrative assistant who speaks both fluent English and Spanish, has excellent communication skills and is excited about becoming a part of our growing team. This job offers $15-$20 an hour, depending on qualifications.

Responsibilities include:

• Data entry into our internal program including entering budgets, material, payroll, billing
• Communicating & scheduling with clients and field supervisors
• Running our customer service department – scheduling with the homeowners and communicating with clients
• Ordering material from local suppliers
• Clerical duties

Qualifications:

• Must speak both English and Spanish fluently
• Self-motivated & hardworking
• Organized
• Experienced in navigating Microsoft Word & Excel
• Excellent communications skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
