The Role You’ll Fill at NADG

Our Revenue Cycle Department is growing! As a member of our team, you will…

• Monitor and analyze insurance claims and denials by running reports and contacting insurance companies for claim resolution.
• Identify problem accounts and trends in claim issues.
• Update patient records by indicating the action taken on the account, as well as current claim status.
• Compose written letters to explain reasons for appeals.
• Research, identify, and correct coding or documentation errors in a timely manner to allow for maximum reimbursement.
• Perform adjustments to patient accounts and resolve any issues.
• Provide training assistance to team members as needed.

The Skills We’re Looking for

As an ever-growing dental service organization, we are looking for team members with previous experience and impressive qualifications. These include…

• Experience with medical or dental billing and accounts receivable.
• Understanding of Explanation of Benefits forms, claim forms, and the insurance billing process.
• Experience with MS office products.
• Ability to establish strong interpersonal relationships through strong communication skills via phone.
