Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a full-time, highly motivated, and detailed oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist who wants to work in a challenging, yet rewarding fast-paced accounting department. We are a 2nd Generation family-owned business who truly sees the importance of every member of our team. Though we are not a firm that overly defines the roles of our employees, the AR Specialist will work closely with our Director of Accounts Receivable & Billing, ensuring timely billing, collections and all the ancillary duties therein. This position has room for advancement!

Duties

• Service Contract Billing
• Service Contract Maintenance & Administration
• Reconciling Customer Statements
• Collections of Customer Accounts
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 2 or more years of experience in accounts receivable or related accounting position.
• Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office Based, primarily Microsoft Excel)
• Excellent attention to detail. Must be able to work independently, at times with limited supervision and be able to review your own work for accuracy.
• Possess excellent time management skills with an eye on deadlines

Salary

• $20.00 to $23.00 Per Hour
• Fully covered health insurance (following 30 days of employment)
