Axiom Staffing Group is seeking an AR Clerk for a client in Winchester, VA
- Process daily cash receipts/adjustments including credit card transactions to customer accounts
- Process and apply ACH Debits/Wires to customer accounts
- Communicate and resolve billing discrepancies with customers
- Assist Accounts Receivable Supervisor with reports and other inquires
- Support Accounting Manager and Accounting Department
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and SAP all day, every day
- Other Accounting and Administrative duties as assigned
- Potential to become permanent
- Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm
- $18/hr

Requirements for consideration include:
- Minimum of three years of Accounts Receivable experience required
- Proficient in the transactional use of SAP
- Professional communication skills including phone and email; with customers and with internal departments
- Excellent attention to detail and high data entry accuracy
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook required
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Strong administrative experience and willingness to learn company specific accounting processes
