We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist/ Office Admin to join our team. This is a hybrid role. The ideal candidate will have experience in office administration and accounts payable processing. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy of invoices and payments, and providing support to the accounting team. This position requires a detail-oriented, organized person with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices and payments in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate accounts payable records.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Manage vendor relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Provide reports to management as requested.
  • Maintain office supplies.
  • Answer and process phone requests
  • File documents as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
