As the AP Clerk, you will be focused on supporting the functional areas of the accounting department, including accounts payable and accounts receivable. You will manage projects from data entry and matching/vouchering to departmental administrative tasks.

What you’ll do

• Performing 3 way matching (PO, Receipts, Invoices)
• Scanning and attaching records to files
• Entry onto daily bank sheets
• Departmental administrative tasks as required
• Filing documents (paper and electronic documents)
• Processing of shipping invoices
• Light AP vouchering
• Data entry (RMA’s)

What would make you a strong fit

• Proficient verbal, oral, and written business English usage
• Willingness and ability to follow written as well as verbal instructions
• Willingness and ability to work with and protect confidential financial data
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products, specifically including Excel
• Proficient in Google Office suite of products, specifically including Google Sheets
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to maintain excellent work product while multitasking
