Job Duties & Responsibilities:

The Accounts Payable specialist oversees the company's payables processes and records.

• Answer inquiries from vendors, suppliers, and employees, and research discrepancies.
• Maintain a master vendor database.
• Enter invoices, write and send checks, recording transactions to our internal systems.
• Prepare aging and other management reports.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Abilities:

• Adaptability to changes in work requirements or project assignments.
• Ability to meet multiple deadlines in a demanding environment.
• Must be polite, professional, energetic and presentable, with strong communication, planning, organization and customer service skills.
• Must have attention to detail and problem solving abilities.
• Thirst for career development and continuous learning.

Education & Experience:

• Accounting experience preferred.
• 2+ years accounts payable experience or automotive dealership experience preferred.
• Accounting software and intermediate excel skills experience preferred.
• CDK knowledge or dealership accounting experience preferred.

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation:

• $17-$21
