As an Accounting Specialist, you are an important member of our team. Specializing in accounts payable and accounts receivable, you see to it that we are paid for the work we do and ensure that our financial obligations are met on time. Each day, your knowledge of QuickBooks is invaluable as you process our accounts and perform reconciliations. With an attentive eye, you undertake audits as well, verifying that our books are precise and accurate.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of general accounting experience
• Fluency in AP and AR
• Excellent Excel skills
• Experience with QuickBooks
• Ability to perform reconciliation and audit processes
