One of the worlds largest and reknown MUSIC INDUSTRY organization is looking for an Accounting Manager / Financial Reporting with full financial statement experience with ability to analyze cost and revenue forcasting for an internationally known organization
This role will require a high level of communication in ENGLISH. SPANISH IS ALSO A MAJOR PLUS

looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to join our growing team!
He/ She should be able to work efficiently under pressure of tight deadlines, juggle multiple projects, create and manage budgets and analyze results, prepare management presentation and have the ability to communicate effectively. We are looking for someone who is organized and pays attention to detail.
What you will do:
· Works closely with Partnerships and Client Solutions department to determine appropriate accounting treatment for all different sponsorship contracts, including barter, royalties and sponsor hospitality packages
· Determine revenue and costs of Music Licensing and Streaming royalties related to digital events by working together with the Marketing and Content department.
· Works closely with Communications department regarding Program Book income
· Works closely with the Ticketing department to understand processes and revenue recognition
· Works closely with CFO to negotiate the annual syndication agreement.
· Prepare and distribute monthly management reports for all revenue by type
· Presentations to the Finance Committee, Executive Committee, Board of Trustees and others, as required by CFO
· Intercompany cost analysis related to digital, legal, IT, salary costs, and other
· Review and reconciliation of Investment Portfolio Fund ensuring compliance
· Assist in preparation of yearly audit and tax 990 form
· Assist in other projects, as needed.
Skills & experience:
- Accounting degree and at least 5 years of working experience in accounting departments
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly
- Strong analytical skills
- English/Spanish is mandatory. Portuguese is a plus.
- Experience in investments is desirable
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of different daily variables.
- Working knowledge of Accounting Software Blackbaud (Financial Edge) is a plus
- Master’s degree is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
