Accounting Freight Bill Auditor
Department: Accounting Job Status: Full-Time Reports to: Accounting Manager
Provide training of Transportation Management System program for operations, carrier, and customer personnel; assist with system advancement, customer and carrier contracting, along with procedural processes; provide customer accruals, billing analysis, and auditing procedures; assist with programming integration between Transportation Management System and other transportation tracking software.
Data Entry and integration tracking- Transportation Management System integrations and trouble shooting
- Customer and carrier contracting
- Reporting through Mercury Edge with accuracy in adjusting analytical data
- Training of Carrier, Customers, and operations on the Transportation Management System
- Coverage for various positions when needed
- Work well in a fast paced environment
- Microsoft Office and Excel experience
- Capable of working well with diverse logistic backgrounds
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receiving knowledge
- TMW Express
- Billing Analysis
- Work on multiple projects at same time and complete by deadlines
EDUCATION:
EXPERIENCE:
- At least 2 years’ experience in supply chain management
- 2 years of working with a Transportation Management System
