Accountant – Real Estate/Property Management
Job description
Great opportunity to join an established and growing real estate investment firm based in South Miami. This role will oversee full-cycle accounting.
Responsibilities will include:
- Maintain general ledger
- Reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements
- Accounts payable and receivables
- Related duties as required
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in accounting or related field
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Proficient with QuickBooks
- Strong communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
