Our tax and accounting office in Oklahoma City is expanding and is currently seeking an organized individual to join our team as an Accountant II. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are looking for growth within a company. We are interested in filling this position immediately.

• maintaining the bookkeeping for multiple clients
• preparing financial statements subject to review
• processing payroll
• preparing payroll reports
• preparing sales tax reports
• 1099 annual filings
• contacting clients via email, phone, and regular mail to request documentation necessary to complete the financial statements
• additional duties as assigned

Required skills to excel in this position include:

• a minimum of 5 years accounting experience
• QuickBooks experience is required
• high attention to detail
• excellent organizational skills
• enjoys mathematics, calculations, and analysis
• efficient multi-tasking ability
• outstanding customer service skills and professionalism
• effective communicator
• bachelor's degree required
• bachelor's degree in accounting preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
