· Job title: Account Reconciliation Analyst

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform daily, weekly, and monthly account reconciliations for assigned accounts, with a focus on cash and position.

· Identify discrepancies in financial data and investigate root cause.

· Coordinate with internal stakeholders and custodian to resolve issues

· Recommend corrective actions to ensure accuracy and completeness of records.

· Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and timely resolution of issues.

· Collaborate with other teams within the organization to improve processes and drive efficiencies.

· Assist with month-end close activities, including journal entries and reconciliations.

· Prepare and present reports on reconciliation status and issues to management.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.

· Minimum of 6 years of experience in account reconciliation, specifically in cash, positions, and transactions.

· Strong experience in SS&C RECON and GWP, as well as Charles River Trading systems.

· Experience in financial services or investment management industry preferred.

· Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.

· CPA or CFA designation preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
