This position requires attention to detail as it will require payment posting, bank posting and balancing, IRS 8300 Reporting, tracking of deposits and EFT payments, using customer portals to pull remittances and payment research.
This is more of a A/R banking and posting position. Knowledge of excel worksheets, attention to detail etc. is needed.
POSITION OVERVIEW: Responsible for entering customer payments into Sapphire, researching and reconciling discrepancies and credits on the customer account. Also responsible for updating and maintaining all aspects of their customer account portfolio - contact information, notes on account status, courtesy calls and handling customer requests. Work closely with sales and various departments to keep accurate notes on customer account status for delivery information and account payment status. Responsible for a high volume of customer accounts.
