We are looking for an individual who will be responsible for educating the community on the importance of blood donations, growing our blood donor base, and managing existing blood drive groups in Luzerne and surrounding counties. This individual will manage the recruitment of blood donors by building partnerships with local organizations including businesses, churches, community organizations, and government entities.

• New Hire Bonuses: You will be eligible to receive, upon completion of 180 days of service, and successfully passing probation, a $500 retention bonus. Upon completion of 365 days of service, you will receive an additional $500. Total of $1,000 over one year of employment service.
